Over 100,000 film lovers in more than 500 cities across six continents gather to view and vote on Films in the 28th Manhattan Short Film Fest.

Ten short films are selected from entries from around the world and will be screened in over 500 venues across six continents during one week. Audiences at each venue are handed a voting card and asked to vote for the one film they think is best. Votes are sent through to Manhattan Short HQ and the winner is announced the following day.

Every Film Selected for Manhattan Short 2025 will be Automatically Qualified for the Oscars of 2026.
