Speers Point is known as the hub of Lake Macquarie. A huge, grassy lakeside park makes it perfect for picnics, markets and events. The award-winning Speers Point Variety Playground offers endless fun for kids with a 9m giant spiral slide, a water play area, and cycling tracks. Parents can enjoy a meal or drink from Sal’s by the Lake Café at the playground. A foreshore shared pathway runs from Speers Point to the Art Gallery at Booragul, or around to Warners Bay and its cafes and boutique shops.
